My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were fairly clean but could use some deep cleaning, especially in the corners. The large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub was a nice touch, and it was well made up when we checked in. The service was friendly overall, but there was a slight issue with the front desk not being trained to handle some tasks. The location by the Chattahoochee River was excellent, offering great views, a pool, and ample parking even during renovations. The dining options were good, although slightly lacking in healthier choices.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, enjoying the cozy room near the lobby with a fireplace and a lovely Christmas tree. The suite was fantastic, offering a nice atmosphere. The service was exceptional, especially the assistance in securing a chaise lounge for my wife after her hip replacement surgery. The location in Alpine Helen was perfect, with easy access to the scenic Chatahoochee river. While the dining options were a bit mixed, overall, it was a lovely experience.
